Departure times can vary by up to 15 minutes. If a client is late to arrive at the arranged pick-up point, the driver will wait up to 20 minutes before the appointment is automatically cancelled. Please note no refund will be given in these circumstances.
All transactions require a credit/debit card to secure the booking. See Terms and Conditions of Cancellation for details on how to amend or cancel your booking.
smallcarBIGCITY cannot be held responsible for traffic-jams, delays, irregularities in scheduling, bad weather or the loss or theft of personal objects. If a tour is interrupted at the request of the client, the client will not be entitled to any reimbursement.
All journeys must be pre-booked.
Films Photo Shoots and Corporate Hire
Should a member of the hiring crew need to drive the vehicle, it is the responsibility of the hirer to provide adequate insurance. smallcarBIGCITY cannot beheld responsible for damages.
Static Hire has a 0 miles per day milage allowance. We will deliver the cars to any venue within Zone 3, free of charge. Venues outside of this perameter are chargable at 72p per mile.
Outstanding invoices must be piad in full within seven days of the invoice date.
The service consists of one journey from your home or chosen location to the chosen venue, and one further journey from the venue to a secondary chosen location. Each journey has a maximum 40 mile allowance; every mile beyond this will be chargeable at 52 pence per mile.
We will drop the vehicle at any address within Zone 3. Addresses outside this are subject to a charge of 52 pence per mile.
Terms and Conditions of Cancellation
Bookings are non-transferable to another date or time.
A cancellation 72 hours prior to the due date/time will result in a 95% refund. (5% is retained for the processing of the booking, we do not make any money on this.)
A cancellation between 72 and 36 hours prior to the due date/time will result in a 75% refund.
A cancellation between 36 and 24 hours prior to the due date/time will result in a 50% refund.
If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the booked time, no refund will be given.
Complaints
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any of the services smallcarBIGCITY provides, claims must be made in writing to the address below, no more than 30 days after the date of your tour.
